Shipping + Returns
 

In the event that you need to return or exchange, mail it to the address below with your order number, info and explanation for the return or exchange. All Maz Precision products must be new, unused, not discontinued and in original condition in order to be returned for refund or exchanged. Maz Precision products sold as “Blem” or “Blemished” are not able to be returned. In the event that any Maz Precision product is defective (broken, non-functioning) we will issue a full refund, credit or exchange upon approval by management. Returns from retailers or vendors on unsold parts will not be accepted after 90 days from purchase order date. Maz Precision reserves the right to accept or refuse any return or exchange.

All products ordered through Maz Precision that are produced by another company and sold through Maz Precision require all customer warranty and shipping issues be handled directly with that company. All products and services purchased through Maz Precision are done so at the customer's risk. Maz Precision will not warranty or support any products which have been modified by any other party at any time after leaving Maz Precision, LLC.
